Joy's has been creating gourmet specialty foods since 1981. It all started with our now-famous Jalapeño Jam and Jalapeño Peach Jam; folks just couldn't get enough. Each year Joy's cooks up a few new items or two, and now we have a selection that is out of this world, including chile jams, meat marinades and sauces, salsas and hot sauces and seasonings and dip mixes.

All of Joy's products are 100% natural and made from the finest, freshest ingredients. We do not use preservatives or MSG. The main ingredients are hand selected from local producers in the Southwest, such as chilies from New Mexico and fruits from Colorado and Arizona. And, to ensure the combination of quality and superb taste, our products are cooked only in small batches.
